I really want to do more knitting and crocheting this year. I don’t feel like I do enough. I think it might have to do with that fact that I’m impatience. I can’t knit at working any more but when I go home all I want to do is sit down and watch tv. Now, I know I could work on a project in front of the tv but its really not that easy. The dogs love to investigate what I have going on so I’m always distracted. It never works out I should say. But I would very much like to get better that the hobby. I would really like to be able to design my own things and possibly turn that into a career like some many other people do. Those are the blogs I follow the most. I love seeing the things they design and am fasinated that they are able to sell or create patterns to sell their art.

I’d like to start drawing again. Its been years since I have seriously done any of that but again, I don’t know how that will get played out. I’m so busy after work I don’t find the time. And when I do have the time, I’m not in the mood.

Sometimes I wish life wasn’t so full of distractions. I don’t know how people can find time around everything else just to do anything crafty. Maybe one day I’ll figure it out.
